In case of early checkouts, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the accommodation period that is not utilized. During peak occupancy periods, 100% of the unutilized stay will be charged. During other periods, 50% of the unutilized stay will be charged. Arrivals before 10:00 am should be booked and paid for from the previous night. The normal check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Guaranteed bookings will be applicable with one night’s charge deposited by a credit card in advance.

• Cancellation within 7 days and below: 100% charge
• Cancellation within 8 to 14 days: 50% charge
• More than 14 days prior to arrival: No charge

• Children under five years of age can stay free of charge with parents.
• Two children aged 5-12 years can share parents’ room on a triple room basis.
• Children above 12 years are considered adults for accommodation purposes.
• An extra bed will be cost USD 20 net per bed, per night.
